Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics for the National Leasing Advisory Industrial platform. You will own the data infrastructure, design core datasets, and build dashboards to empower Investor and Occupier business development and executive decisions.

You will lead AI-enabled automation initiatives, collaborate across Research, Sales Enablement, JLLT, and Operations, and communicate insights through polished, client-ready deliverables. A CRE/data analytics background is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, data analytics or related field.
Seven+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics engineering or applied analytics with increasing scope, CRE experience preferred.
Advanced Excel, SQL and Python; fluency with Snowflake/Databricks and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

Own the data infrastructure and analytical output powering the National Industrial platform.
Design, build, and maintain core datasets for Investor and Occupier business development and executive decision making.
Develop AI-enabled workflows to replace repetitive tasks and scale analytics.
Build self-service dashboards for IPS pursuits and executive leadership.
Translate analytics outputs into presentation-ready deliverables for internal and client-facing use.
