Job summary

JLL seeks a Manager, Data & Analytics for the National Leasing Advisory Industrial platform to own datasets, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows that platform leadership and producers rely on. You will operate as both a builder and a partner, designing and maintaining data infrastructure, dashboards, and models, and identifying AI-enabled solutions to replace repetitive work.

You will work across Investor and Occupier business development, Research, Sales Enablement, and JLLT to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in real estate, finance, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Seven+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics engineering or applied analytics with increasing scope. Commercial real estate experience with exposure to the industrial sector preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including strong SQL and Python (or R). Fluency with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent) and BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of information technology concepts, strategies, and methodologies, with the ability to partner effectively with technology teams.
• Familiarity with finance and investment analysis principles as applied to commercial real estate.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Strong relationship management, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the data infrastructure and analytical output that power the National Industrial platform.
• Design, build, and maintain the core datasets that support Investor and Occupier business development, and executive decision making.
• Conduct analysis to inform build, buy, or change decisions on analytical tools and platforms.
• Evaluate new applications, define system requirements, and recommend enhancements to tools.
• Establish data input protocols for reporting, pipeline visibility, and deal tracking.
