Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Manager, Data & Analytics to own the analytical platform for the National Leasing Advisory Industrial team. You will design data infrastructure, build core datasets, and deliver dashboards that inform investor and occupier strategies.

Lead AI-enabled workflows and coordinate cross-functional efforts with Research, IPS, and JLLT. You will synthesize complex analyses for executive use and translate insights into client-ready communications, while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in real estate, finance, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Seven+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics engineering or applied analytics with increasing scope.
• Commercial real estate experience with exposure to the industrial sector preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including strong SQL and Python (or R).
• Proficiency with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with finance and investment analysis principles as applied to CRE.

Responsibilities

• Own the data infrastructure and analytical output powering the National Industrial platform.
• Design, build, and maintain core datasets supporting Investor/Occupier business development and executive decision making.
• Evaluate new tools, define requirements, and recommend enhancements to existing tools.
• Establish data input protocols for accurate reporting, pipeline visibility, and deal tracking.
• Build self-service dashboards across pursuits and leadership decision making, with on-demand customization.
• Identify AI-enabled automation opportunities to scale analysis and reduce repetitive work.
• Coordinate MLA collection, national broker responses, and SAT client tracking.
