Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics for the National Leasing Advisory Industrial platform in the United States to own datasets, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows relied upon by platform leadership and producers.

You will design and maintain data infrastructure, produce dashboards and models for leadership and clients, and identify opportunities where AI can automate repetitive work across Investor and Occupier business development.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with predictive modeling, geospatial analysis (PostGIS, ESRI), or econometric methods.
• Ability to translate quantitative work into narratives for non-technical senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the data infrastructure and analytical output powering the National Industrial platform.
• Design, build, and maintain core datasets supporting Investor and Occupier business development and executive decision making.
• Build self-service dashboards for IPS pursuits and executive leadership decision making; customize on demand.
• Identify AI-enabled solutions to replace repetitive analytical work and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate AI-assisted research processes across sectors and verticals; present insights to leadership.
