The role bridges Investor and Occupier business development, Research, Sales Enablement, and JLLT, turning fragmented analytics into a scalable engine and leading data infrastructure, dashboards, and AI initiatives across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in real estate, finance, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Seven+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics engineering or applied analytics; CRE exposure preferred.
• Advanced Excel with strong SQL and Python (or R); fluency with modern data platforms and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the data infrastructure and analytical output powering the National Industrial platform.
• Build self-service dashboards for pursuits, strategy, and leadership decisions.
• Translate analytics into presentation-ready materials for internal and client use.
