Ladders is seeking a Manager, Business Systems and Transformation to drive modernization of enterprise finance and tax systems in a remote capacity. You will partner with digital teams, stakeholders, and executives to shape financial processes and transformation initiatives in a high-impact aerospace & defense context.

You will lead automation efforts, design solutions, and ensure reliable production services for critical applications, while communicating progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant software engineering or enterprise application delivery experience.
• Hands-on development experience with C#, .NET, SQL, and Python using GitHub or Azure DevOps.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, production support).
• Proven experience building or supporting financial enterprise applications including data flows and automation.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and explore AI use cases.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Business Systems and Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will drive modernization of enterprise finance and tax systems, with a focus on improving automation, reliability, and operational effectiveness. The manager will partner closely with digital teams, functional stakeholders, and executive leadership to support business-critical applications and transformation initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape how financial processes are designed, delivered, and supported in a complex, mission-driven environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually
