Ladders is seeking a Manager, Business Systems and Transformation to lead improvements to the finance reporting platform. You will partner with digital and functional stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance a critical system used by a large user base.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with clear executive communication and can manage system stability, user support, and change execution in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with technical and administrative support in high-availability environments.
• Proficiency in application management, including monitoring and disk space management.
• Experience with user provisioning and access-management tools.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional collaboration.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Business Systems and Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead business systems support and transformation efforts that strengthen finance and reporting capabilities across the organization. The manager will partner with digital and functional stakeholders to design, configure, and improve a critical reporting platform used by a large user base. Success in this position will require strong technical depth, clear executive communication, and a practical approach to system stability, user support, and change execution.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $107,500 - $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across digital and functional workstreams to enhance finance and reporting processes
• Design and configure solutions for the reporting platform
• Communicate effectively with executives regarding system performance and updates
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users
• Manage user provisioning and role assignments within the system
• Oversee the deployment of updates and upgrades to desktop and Excel clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with technical and administrative support in high-availability environments
• Proficiency in application management, including monitoring and managing disk space
• Expertise in user provisioning and administration of access management tools
• Experience troubleshooting user technical issues, including login and performance problems
• Familiarity with managing marketplace solutions and upgrades for large user populations
