Qualifications

• 8+ years in global trade systems or related SAP processes.
• 3+ years SAP GTS Compliance experience.
• 3+ years jurisdiction and classification applications.

• 2+ years exports and imports handling (self- and broker-filing).
• Basic knowledge of US Customs and Intrastat filing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support current global trade system capabilities and future-state design and implementation.
• Participate in Agile Release Train activities to enhance global trade processes and systems.
• Engage in design sessions for backlog grooming and requirements refinement.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams for system configuration and development.
• Create and execute test scenarios and scripts with business owners.
• Provide hyper care and sustainment support during solution migrations.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding system changes.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Bus Systems & Transformation - SAP GTS to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will help drive the design, implementation, and transformation of global trade systems supporting a complex, regulated aerospace and defense environment. The manager will partner closely with technical teams, functional stakeholders, and business owners to enhance compliance capabilities, support solution migrations, and improve how trade processes are executed across the organization. The position also plays a key role in testing, stakeholder communication, and ongoing support during system transitions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Support current global trade system capabilities and future-state solution design and implementation.
