Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years of experience or advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookups, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional experience in Program Controls, data analysis, and reporting.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Program Cost Controls to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead a finance team responsible for program cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting in a fast-paced environment. The manager will partner with multiple levels of leadership to provide clear financial insight, support strategic decision-making, and drive accurate program-level visibility across the organization. In addition, this position will help develop talent, manage ad hoc reporting needs, and contribute to senior-level initiatives that support business performance.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually
