Serve as a subject matter resource for end users, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful transitions and long‑term sustainability.
  • Data, Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure performance, adoption, and operational effectiveness. Support data validation, governance, and master data management efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Perform data shaping and modeling using Power Query, DAX, and Excel.
