We are seeking a Business Analyst for our client in the aerospace and defense space. The role supports co-ordination of business and technical requirements across software applications, partnering with stakeholders and product owners to improve processes and clarify priorities in an Agile/Scrum context.

The position offers remote work and the opportunity to contribute to highly technical, mission-driven programs. Location: Remote. Compensation: $132,400 - $251,600 annually.

For our client, we are seeking a Business Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will support the coordination of business and technical requirements across software applications throughout their lifecycle. The Business Analyst will partner closely with stakeholders and product owners to improve processes, clarify priorities, and help ensure delivery aligns with Agile/Scrum practices.

The position requires strong facilitation skills, a structured approach to requirements management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions that support cross-functional execution.
