Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in finance transformation within a technology company.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation solutions in Finance.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate with Machine Learning and Analytics Engineers.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Finance Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will shape the finance transformation agenda, partnering closely with finance, analytics, and technology stakeholders to modernize how the function operates. The leader will define the roadmap for automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and governance that improve speed, insight quality, and operational effectiveness. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role with meaningful influence on the future design of finance processes, tools, and workforce capabilities.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $245,200 – $392,300 annually
