Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Director of Business Operations (Business Development) to lead growth of the partner ecosystem. You’ll manage existing partnerships and secure high‑value collaborations that align with our long‑term vision, shaping tools and product solutions that unlock scalable opportunities.

Collaborate with product, operations, data and sales to craft partnership strategies and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BD/Partnerships or consulting with a track record.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships: be the go-to person for building and nurturing deep, trusted relationships with existing partners.
• Drive strategic growth: develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs for each partner.
• Optimize performance: analyze data to identify opportunities to improve KPIs.
• Generate new opportunities: create growth opportunities with existing and potential partners.
• Deliver actionable insights: provide regular updates to partners and internal teams.
• Resolve challenges quickly: triage operational and execution issues across partners and teams.
