Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a Director of Business Development & Partnerships to drive partner ecosystem growth and strategic collaborations. You will lead cross-functional efforts with product, operations, data, and sales to craft and execute partnership strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.

The role reports to the VP of Partnerships and focuses on optimizing performance, generating new opportunities, and delivering insights across a rapidly expanding platform in the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or management consulting.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from start to finish with strong attention to detail.
• Bias for action and a proactive, independent work style.
• Data-driven decision making with the ability to analyze complex situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presenting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships and be the go-to contact for collaborators.
• Drive strategic growth by developing and executing structured plans aligned with partner goals.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and improve partner-related KPIs.
• Generate new opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
• Provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams to keep everyone aligned.
• Proactively triage and resolve operational/execution issues across partners.
