Job summary
Boston Consulting Group seeks a Manager, BCG Vantage in Washington to lead AI-enabled consumer products operations transformations. You will combine deep CPG operations expertise with practical AI application, shaping use cases, data requirements, and implementation roadmaps across client engagements.
The role requires senior collaboration with case teams and a track record of delivering measurable value in AI-enabled transformations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of consulting experience in Consumer Products Operations, supply chain or operations transformation
- Strong focus on digital/AI-enabled transformation; consulting experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify and shape AI-enabled transformation agendas for CPG Ops
- Develop value pools, use cases, and implementation roadmaps
- Create robust business cases, data/tech requirements and adoption plans
- Lead or coach junior colleagues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to IP development and client materials
- Support proposals, client workshops, and scale AI-enabled CPG Ops support
