Boston Consulting Group seeks a Manager – BCG Vantage to lead Biopharma Commercial analytics and AI-enabled product initiatives. You will partner with case teams and topic leaders to translate data into actionable strategies while driving asset development and go-to-market activities.

You will also manage a team of junior colleagues, set goals, provide feedback, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

3+ years consulting in Biopharma Commercial topics or AI/digital product management.
4+ years industry experience in biopharma/clinical settings if no consulting background.
Experience structuring and analyzing healthcare claims data.
Familiarity with AI/GenAI applications in product/business contexts.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with global teams to deliver analytics-focused insights.
Lead development of AI-enabled products and tools for Biopharma Commercial.
Define roadmaps, manage assets, and drive commercialization efforts.
Mentor junior team members and manage project portfolios.
