Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks a Manager – BCG Vantage in Health Care to lead Biopharma Commercial data analytics, develop AI-enabled tools, and shape product roadmaps. You will work with global teams to translate complex insights into actionable client strategies and collaborate with case teams and leadership on go-to-market efforts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Biopharma/AI product contexts, plus experience with healthcare data and agile product development.

Qualifications

3+ years consulting experience in Biopharma Commercial topics or AI/digital product development.
4+ years minimum industry experience if no consulting background; 6–10+ years preferred.
Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience structuring healthcare claims data analyses; EMR analysis welcome.
Experience with AI/GenAI applications in product/business contexts.
Strong grasp of modern data architectures; translate business needs to technical concepts.
Fluency in English; other languages welcome in some locations.

Responsibilities
