Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path to bring deep CPG Ops and AI‑enabled transformation expertise to client engagements. You will collaborate with global topic leads, case teams, AI experts, and practitioners to deliver scalable solutions across the value chain.

In this role, you will diagnose opportunities, shape use cases, design solutions, and help scale AI‑enabled operations, while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to IP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience in Consumer Products Operations, supply chain or operations transformation; strong focus on digital/AI‑enabled transformation.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 6+ years of industry experience in CPG Ops, supply chain or digital transformation.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in CPG Ops and end‑to‑end supply chain is required.
• Strong track record of shaping and implementing AI‑enabled Operations initiatives from value pool identification to deployment.
• Working knowledge of AI and analytics applied to Operations, including predictive AI/GenAI/agentic approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI‑enabled transformation across the CPG value chain and partner with case and proposal teams.
• Translate opportunities into robust business cases, requirements, data and technology implications; design implementation roadmaps.
• Develop CPG Ops AI IP, benchmarks, use‑case libraries, tools, and reusable materials.
• Contribute to proposals, client workshops, and go‑to‑market efforts; coach junior colleagues.
