Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage in the Health Care Practice to drive Biopharma Commercial data analytics and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with case teams to structure, analyze, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

You will lead development and deployment of proprietary digital assets, partner with leaders to drive go-to-market activities, and line-manage junior colleagues while navigating a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years consulting experience in Biopharma Commercial topics and/or AI and Digital product development and management.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience (clinical or biopharma).
• Experience with AI/GenAI applications in a product or business context.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality analysis and guidance.
• Lead development and commercialization of digital/AI products and tools.
• Define roadmaps for topic-specific products in collaboration with leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and manage project portfolios.
