Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage in the Health Care Practice to lead patient claims data analytics and AI-enabled product development across Biopharma Commercial topics. You will partner with case and proposal teams to deliver high-quality analyses and strategic guidance, while scaling proprietary digital assets and tools.

You will also mentor junior colleagues, manage product roadmaps, and contribute to go-to-market activities within a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years consulting experience in Biopharma Commercial topics and/or AI and Digital product development and management required; candidates with consulting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global topic leads and project teams to analyze complex biopharma commercial challenges
• Drive development and commercialization of AI-enabled assets and tools across Biopharma Commercial topics
• Define analytical approaches for patient claims data analyses and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Line manage junior colleagues, including goal setting and career development
