Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage in its Health Care Practice. You will collaborate with a global team to deliver expert guidance in Biopharma Commercial, focusing on patient claims data analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and go-to-market strategies.

You will partner with case teams and topic leaders, manage analytics development, and drive commercialization efforts while potentially line-managing junior colleagues in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years consulting in Biopharma Commercial or AI/digital product management required
• 4+ years minimum industry experience in biopharma or clinical
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with AI/GenAI in product or business context
• Fluency in English
