Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager - BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path to lead AI-enabled Transformation in Consumer Products Operations. You will combine end-to-end supply chain know-how with practical AI experience, shaping value pools, prioritizing use cases and delivering scalable solutions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across AI transformation journeys, create IP assets, and mentor junior colleagues while driving measurable client impact in a global, matrix

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience in Consumer Products Operations, supply chain or operations transformation.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 6+ years of industry experience in CPG Ops or digital transformation.
• Deep hands-on expertise in CPG Ops and end-to-end supply chain.
• Strong track record of shaping and implementing AI-enabled Operations initiatives.
• Working knowledge of AI and advanced analytics applied to Operations.
• Strong understanding of CPG supply chain KPIs; benchmarks experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred) with strong problem-solving and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior content expert in AI-enabled CPG Ops and drive transformation across the value chain.
• Identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Lead development of CPG Ops AI IP, diagnostics, benchmarks and tools.
• Collaborate with case teams, data science, and technology groups.
• Coach and line-manage junior colleagues and support their delivery.
