Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a senior manager to lead AI-powered product initiatives across finance, GTM, and operations. You will define product vision, roadmaps, and prioritize work, translating business strategy into AI-enabled solutions and delivering through agile teams.

You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams, mentor junior staff, and drive adoption of innovative AI capabilities while balancing business value and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master degree in information technology, computer science, economics, or related field.
• Strong experience in AI product management and delivering AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define AI product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization for finance/go-to-market/operational domains.
• Lead agile product delivery including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development across teams.
• Translate business strategy into AI-enabled product concepts and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption and value realization.
