Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a Manager – BCG Vantage in the Health Care Practice to lead Biopharma Commercial analytics and AI-enabled product development. You will work with global teams to define approaches, deliver insights from patient claims data, and support go-to-market activities across geographies.

You will also collaborate with case teams and leadership to shape assets, drive commercialization, and mentor junior colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years consulting in Biopharma Commercial topics and/or AI and Digital product development/management required; consulting experience preferred.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience (clinical or biopharma) required; 6-10+ years preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Expertise in structuring and executing healthcare claims data analysis with at least 2 years experience; EMR analysis welcome.
• Experience working with AI/GenAI applications in a product or business context.
• Strong understanding of modern data and technology architectures; translate requirements to technical concepts for engineering teams.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools.
• Fluency in English; other languages may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a global team, delivering expertise and insights in Biopharma Commercial.
• Partner with case and proposal teams to provide high-quality analyses and guidance.
• Lead patient claims data analytics for biopharma topics; define approaches and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Drive development, deployment and adoption of proprietary digital assets and AI-enabled tools.
• Line-manage junior colleagues, guiding goal setting and career development.
