Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Manager for BCG Vantage CF track in Dallas. You will be deeply embedded in case teams, delivering expert analysis and scalable knowledge assets. You will lead modules, mentor junior staff, and contribute to proposals and business development.

You will translate case learnings into IP, build direct client relationships, and guide senior stakeholders, while advancing AI-enabled solutions across finance processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• 6+ years of consulting or domain experience in this area; client-facing analyses.
• Fluency in English and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed with case teams as a domain expert delivering analyses and insights.
• Lead and manage module workstreams, mentoring junior colleagues.
• Translate learnings into scalable knowledge assets and support business development.
• Build client relationships and present insights in SteerCos and client meetings.
• Identify AI use cases and shape pilots for scalable deployment.
