Job summary

Tower Loan in Champaign, IL invites you to join its Manager Development Program. Over 10–12 months you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and branch operations, with competitive pay and incentives.

As a Manager Trainee, you will develop relationships, propose products, handle payment reminders, support the manager, and learn recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Preferred: sales, collections or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and support management responsibilities: recruitment, staff development, performance management, leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
