Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee in Aurora, IL to join a full-time development program designed to cultivate future leaders in consumer finance. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

The role emphasizes leadership, recruitment, staff development, and performance management, with a clear path to management. On-site schedule is 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities like delegation and performance management.
