Tower Loan, a long‑standing consumer finance company, invites you to join its Manager Development Program. In 10–12 months you gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

As a Manager Trainee, you will become proficient in service, sales, marketing, finance and operations; build lasting relationships; and support the manager with workload planning, loan document reviews, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate developing skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
