Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee in Marion, IL. Our full-time Manager Development Program provides hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations over 10–12 months, with competitive pay and incentives.

You’ll learn leadership skills and support the team while preparing for future management roles. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, and a willingness to relocate for promotion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate developing skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
