Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee for our on-site location. The program runs 10–12 months to develop leadership in consumer finance, with hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations.

As a Manager Trainee you will gain skills in recruitment, staff development and leadership while supporting the branch and exceeding office goals. Eligible for competitive pay and incentives, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding office goals.
• Learn and support recruitment, staff development and leadership duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
