Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking a motivated individual for its Manager Development Program, designed to train Trainees for leadership in consumer finance. The program spans 10–12 months, offering hands-on exposure to customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations to prepare you for advancement.

You will develop customer relationships, support branch goals, and participate in employee development while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
Offer optional products to serve customers best.
Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegation of workload and loan document analysis.
Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
