Job summary

Tower Loan offers a Manager Development Program designed to groom future leaders. As a Manager Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations on-site in Fairview Heights, IL.

The program emphasizes growth through structured training and performance incentives. You will rotate through core activities, develop leadership skills, and contribute to meeting branch goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
