Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a Managed Print Consultant to grow and retain print clients in the local market. This role serves as the primary representative for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through regular business reviews and timely issue resolution, while driving net-new print business and managing a portfolio of active print-only clients.

You will monitor account activity, identify opportunities for upgrades, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Copier Sales.
• High level of knowledge on copier leases and Kyocera and Konica print equipment.
• Deep understanding of lease buyouts, upgrade, and lease return processes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across departments.
• Experience coordinating with clients to understand issues and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new print business in local market.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients.
• Serve as the dedicated representative for assigned print clients.
• Conduct regular and consistent business reviews with clients.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Support Impact’s goal of client retention and growth within print services.
