Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a Managed Print Consultant to grow and retain print clients in local markets. You will manage a portfolio of active print-only clients and drive net-new print business, serving as the primary contact for assigned accounts and conducting regular reviews to ensure client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver printer solutions, monitor activity for upgrade opportunities, and support the company’s print retention and growth goals while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Copier Sales.
• Knowledge of copier leases and Kyocera/Konica print equipment.
• Understanding of lease buyouts, upgrades and returns.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across teams.
• Ability to work with clients to understand issues and resolve.
• Familiarity with Papercut, Printer Cloud and SMUA agreements.
• Strong problem solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new print business in local market.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients.
• Serve as the dedicated representative for assigned print clients.
• Conduct regular and consistent business reviews with clients.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Monitor account activity and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Support Impact’s goal of client retention and growth in print services.
