Job summary

Impact is seeking a Managed Print Consultant to grow and support print clients in local markets. You will act as the primary representative for assigned accounts, drive net-new print business, and manage a portfolio of active print-only clients to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in copier sales, strong knowledge of leases and Kyocera/Konica equipment, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams. This role emphasizes client retention and growth in print services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Copier Sales experience
• Knowledge of copier leases and Kyocera/Konica print equipment
• Understanding of lease buyouts, upgrades and lease returns
• Ability to work independently and communicate across departments
• Ability to work with clients to understand issues and coordinate with internal/external teams
• Understanding of Papercut, Printer Cloud and SMUA software agreements
• Problem solving, organizational, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new print business in local market
• Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients
• Serve as the dedicated representative for assigned print clients
• Conduct regular and consistent business reviews with clients
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for account upgrades
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs
• Support Impact’s goal of client retention and growth within print services
