Impact Networking is seeking a Managed Print Consultant to grow and support print clients in local markets. You will drive new print opportunities, manage a portfolio of clients, and act as the primary contact for assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

In this role you will analyze lease terms, identify upgrade opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective print solutions that align with client goals and optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Copier Sales.
• Knowledge of Kyocera and Konica print equipment.
• Understanding of lease buyouts, upgrade, and lease return processes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across departments.
• Ability to understand client issues and collaborate to resolve them.
• Understanding of Papercut, Printer Cloud and SMUA software agreements.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive net-new print business in local market.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients.
• Serve as the dedicated representative for assigned print clients.
• Conduct regular and consistent business reviews with clients.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
