Job summary

Impact is seeking a Sales Executive, titled Managed Print Consultant, to grow and retain print clients in the local Milwaukee market. You will be the primary representative for assigned accounts, driving net-new print business and delivering proactive reviews to maximize client satisfaction and opportunities for upgrades.

You will work with internal teams to tailor print solutions, monitor activity, and support retention and growth within print services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Copier Sales.
• High level of knowledge on copier leases and Kyocera and Konica print equipment.
• Understanding of lease buyouts, upgrades, and lease return processes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate efficiently interdepartmentally.
• Ability to collaborate with clients to understand issues and resolve them.
• Understanding of Papercut, Printer Cloud and SMUA software agreements.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new print business in local market.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients.
• Serve as the dedicated representative for assigned print clients.
• Conduct regular and consistent business reviews with clients.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for account upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Support Impact’s goal of client retention and growth within print services.
