Job summary

Impact Networking is seeking a Sales Executive (Managed Print Consultant) to grow and support print clients in local markets. You will drive new print business and manage a portfolio of active print-only clients, serving as the primary representative for assigned accounts and ensuring satisfaction through regular business reviews and timely issue resolution.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams to deliver solutions that maximize client impact and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Copier Sales.
• A high level of knowledge on copier leases and Kyocera/Konica print equipment.
• Strong understanding of lease buyouts, upgrade, and lease return processes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across departments.
• Ability to work with clients to understand issues and drive resolution.
• Familiarity with Papercut, Printer Cloud, and SMUA software agreements.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new print business in local market.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients.
• Serve as the dedicated representative for assigned print clients.
• Conduct regular, consistent business reviews with clients.
• Address and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Monitor account activity and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Support Impact’s goal of client retention and growth within print services.
