Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a results-driven Managed Print Consultant to grow and retain print clients in the local market. You will drive net-new print business and manage a portfolio of active print-only clients, serving as the primary representative for assigned accounts and ensuring client satisfaction through regular business reviews.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver print solutions, identify upgrade opportunities, and support retention and growth objectives across the print

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Copier Sales.
• High level of knowledge on copier leases and buyouts.
• Understanding of upgrade, lease return processes.
• Independent work style and cross-department communication.
• Ability to resolve client issues with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new print business in local market.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients.
• Serve as the dedicated representative for assigned print clients.
• Conduct regular and consistent business reviews with clients.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Monitor account activity and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Support Impact’s goal of client retention and growth within print services.
