Job summary

Impact in Chicago is seeking a Sales Executive, Managed Print Consultant, to grow net-new print business in the local market and manage a portfolio of active print-only clients. You will be the primary representative for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through regular business reviews and timely issue resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that strengthen client relationships and maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of copier sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of copier leases, and Kyocera/Konica print equipment.
• Experience with lease buyouts, upgrades and returns processes.
• Able to work independently and communicate across teams.
• Capable of resolving client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Familiarity with Papercut, Printer Cloud, and SMUA software agreements.
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new print business in the local market.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients.
• Serve as the dedicated representative for assigned print clients.
• Conduct regular and consistent business reviews with clients.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Support Impact’s goal of client retention and growth within print services.
