Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. The role focuses on preparing units and common areas to meet high property standards and safety requirements.

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor to perform routine, corrective, and cosmetic tasks, ensuring timely turnover between residents and maintaining a safe, clean environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in make-ready of units and common areas to meet property standards.
• Perform regular on-site maintenance tasks and support maintenance supervisor and manager.
• Repair or replace fixtures, paint, install appliances, and check plumbing/electrical systems as needed.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain records and logs for service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety checks.
