Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Make Ready professional to assist in property maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic improvements to ensure units are ready for move-in. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, handling routine tasks and safety-compliant operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling turn events, cleaning exteriors, and maintaining logs while providing strong customer service to residents and management.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
