Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready associate to support maintenance operations across our properties. You will assist in make-ready tasks, perform routine and cosmetic maintenance, and help ensure units meet standards before new residents move in.

You will repair/replace fixtures, paint, install appliances, check plumbing and electrical systems, and contribute to safety guidelines while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and make-ready processes to meet property standards.
• Perform regular on-site maintenance and cosmetic tasks.
• Repair or replace fixtures, paint, install appliances, check plumbing/electrical.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
• Assist with inventory and scheduling of repairs and turn events.
• Inspect and maintain grounds, common areas, and make-ready units daily.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and inspections.
