Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to support property maintenance and ensure units are ready for new residents. You will perform repairs, painting, appliance install, and safety checks under supervision, maintaining clean common areas and assisting with turn events.

You'll respond to resident requests, keep accurate maintenance records, and uphold OSHA guidelines while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced community environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use basic on-site software and devices.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance tasks to meet property standards.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain make-ready units before new residents move in.
• Keep common areas clean and safe; report hazards.
