Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to support its on-site maintenance program across properties. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring units are move-in ready.

Daily on-site duties include completing repairs, painting, appliance installations, pool and exterior upkeep, and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Respond to resident and management requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair turn events.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance on site.
• Maintain records for service requests and upkeep.
