Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring units and common areas meet property standards and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on tasks, timely response to work orders, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily on-site attendance is required.
• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain records of service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in daily upkeep of office, common areas, and model units.
• Report violations to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
