Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to support the maintenance team and ensure units meet property standards before new residents move in. You will perform repairs, paint, install appliances, and inspect plumbing and electrical systems while assisting with schedules and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making sure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Repair or replace fixtures, paint, install appliances, and check plumbing/electrical systems as needed.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair turn events.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
