Job summary

Mill Creek Residential in Miami, FL is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the property's physical condition and appearance. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years’ maintenance experience.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, preventive tasks and repairs per standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations and re-inspect units.
• Restore apartments to make ready status.
• Respond to repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and plan projects.
• Provide timely, courteous service to residents and support safe practices.
