Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the physical condition and appearance of our apartment community in McKinney, TX. You will address service requests, perform repairs, and ensure safety and quality in line with company standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, with preferred HVAC and CPO credentials. You will inspect vacated units, complete renovations, and contribute to overall resident satisfaction through timely, professional

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years’ maintenance experience.
• Multi-family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventive maintenance, and repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect units for quality and presentation.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status through routine duties.
• Respond to repair requests including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and identify projects.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with excellent service.
• Promote safe work practices on-site.
• Comply with all laws, including Fair Housing regulations.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
