Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the physical condition and appearance of our community in Culver City, CA. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs to keep units in show-ready condition.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacated apartments, documenting renovations, and ensuring safety compliance. Prior experience in multifamily maintenance and HVAC/CPO certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.
• Multifamily maintenance experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, maintenance, and repairs according to safety standards.
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect for quality.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status and respond to problems with repairs.
